If I could change one thing...

If I could change one thing about myself I think it would be that I wouldn't need so much sleep. I have friends that require only a few hours of sleep each night and seem to have energy to spare. I on the other hand NEED 8 hours or more of shut eye and it has to be uninterrupted. Even in college when sleep patterns are determined by class assignments I had to get my sleep in-granted that meant sleeping Saturday away or the afternoon but I still needed that sleep.
Just think of all the extra things I could get done if I didn't need sleep:
  1. clean the house
  2. cook gourmet meals
  3. my taxes
  4. all emails, inboxes, phone calls and letters answered
  5. drive to all those places that I say it's just to far to drive there and back in 1 day
  6. exercise
  7. write my book
  8. read more
  9. learn a new skill
  10. finish all those projects...

Wow, I be able to get so much done--but that's not the case for me and that list is making think-I WANT A NAP! Just kidding...

What would you like to change about yourself and why? Have some fun with your answer then thank the Lord for making you-you and pray He'll give you the strength to be that.

I was just thinking about that! I was like, if I could cut back on one hour of sleep a night then it would be like adding an entire extra day to my schedule, but I would probably just waste the time anyway, so I'm thinking that if i could change one thing about my self it would have to be that i would grow a tail so that i could scratch my face and push up my glasses without having to dry my hands when i wash the dishes. Yes, definitely a tail.

I am so like you in this! I must have enough sleep to function properly. I am at this moment barely functioning. If I could change one thing about myself, it would be that I would be more pro-active about things. I'm not much of a go-getter, I'm more of a wait-for-it type of person.

One of my favorite songs right now--This really challenges me to keep my life in check--CONSTANTLY!
